• If you decide not to keep the item, you may hand it back to the courier immediately and pay only the shipping fees.
• Once the courier leaves, no refunds or exchanges are permitted, except in-store at Noréa.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
• During Sale periods, all purchases are final.
Estimated Delivery Time
• Delivery to Cairo, Giza: within 2 business days.
• Alexandria: 3–5 business days.
• Delivery to other governorates: 7–10 business days, depending on the zone.
Exchange & Refund Policy

We kindly ask you to check your order (size, fit, material, and design) before completing your payment with the courier.
You may return your order immediately upon delivery if it does not meet your expectations - in this case, only the delivery fees will apply.
Once the courier has left, returns or exchanges can only be made in-store.

- Items must be returned in their original condition, with the full packaging and barcode tags attached.
- Online orders cannot be returned or exchanged at events, bazaars, or open days.
