PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

We kindly ask you to check your order (size, fit, material, and design) before completing your payment with the courier.

You may return your order immediately upon delivery if it does not meet your expectations - in this case, only the delivery fees will apply.
Once the courier has left, returns or exchanges can only be made in-store.

• Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 working days of receiving your order.
  
• Items must be returned in their original condition, with the full packaging and barcode tags attached.
  
• Online orders cannot be returned or exchanged at events, bazaars, or open days.
  
• Sale items are non-refundable and may only be exchanged in-store.
